1. Get everyone on a local network, wired or wireless. You're already here if you're sharing an Internet connection at home, work or at school.
2. If you haven't already, put all of your MP3s on your computer.
3. Download and install the newest version of iTunes from Apple.com. Yes, there is a Windows version and it plays quite well with the Mac version.
4. Load up iTunes with your MP3s.

5. See the iTunes Sharing Preferences

   Turn on sharing in the iTunes preferences. You can share your whole library or select playlists. You can even password protect your music, so only the coolest people can connect.
6. Have everyone else turn on the iTunes preference that looks for music.
7. Your music will now show up in your fellow geek's music Source list in iTunes. Enjoy.
