Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged based upon the state the order is being shipped to.

Sales Tax Charged (includes APO/FPO and PO Boxes): CA, CO, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA

No Sales Tax Charged: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, HI, ID, IN, IA, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WA, WV, WI, WY

Bulk Items Shipping Rates
Some diskettes, blank CD-R and CD-RW discs and CD jewel cases normally sold in singles are eligible for special bulk shipping rates when purchased in lots of 25 or 100. For shipping rates, please refer to the Bulk Media Items in the tables below.

VIP Pricing
For additional savings, the shipping charges for many VIP products may be less than for similar non-VIP products. In such cases, the shipping charges will be less per unit for the second and more units of a particular VIP product. However, because of the heavier weight nature of some products, the shipping charges may be slightly higher to cover the shipping costs. View all current VIP products.

Shipping Options
For deliveries within the contiguous United States, shipping options are standard, 2-day and overnight delivery.

Standard Shipping via Fed Ex Ground Service within the contiguous United States is divided into two types of services: FedEx Home (for residential customers) and FedEx Ground (for commercial/business customers). Ground shipments are not a guaranteed service by Fed Ex.

FedEx Home:
Specifically caters to the needs of residential customers. These packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

FedEx Ground:
Specifically caters to the needs of businesses. Packages will be delivered Monday through Friday, during the driver route hours. (Note: Orders placed with Micro Center Online that do not include a company name in the company field are assumed to be residential deliveries. Therefore, these packages will ship via FedEx Home delivery. Shipments that have a business name in the company field are treated as FedEx Ground packages.)

Delivery days for 2-day and overnight delivery options are Monday through Friday; this excludes deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. (Although USPS does deliver on Saturdays, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.)

Alaska and Hawaii shipping options include 2-day and overnight services.

Certain items that are viewable at Micro Center Online are unavailable for online purchase. These items, however, are available for purchase at a local Micro Center retail store. The in-store only items include:

Ground Shipping - Home and Business

Due to physical limitations, large size products must be shipped alone or individually. That is, they cannot be boxed with other items and shipped together. These items include:

A $500 order limit applies to all orders being shipped to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Telephone orders only.
